Rangecooker installations above 5 burners - £120 + parts if required.

Gas Safe work

Gas safety certificate / Landlord certificate - £84

Boiler service only - £84

Gas Safe Cert & boiler service - £144 

Gas boiler installations (labour only)  flat day rate. Please contact us.

Estimated boiler installation - 2 -3 full days.

Repairs

Freestanding electric kitchen appliance - £78

Integrated electric kitchen appliances - £102

Gas kitchen appliance repairs - £102.

Rangecookers of above 5 burners -£120.

Boiler repairs - £102 per hour + parts if required. Capped at daily rate for labour if over 4.5 hours combined visits.

Any appliance that requires to be stripped down will incur additional costs depending on the time taken.

All parking and congestion charge is addititional to the above pricings.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. Any parts required will be billed additionally
